Landscape Entanglements:
exploring Johannesburg and a family archive
23 - 26 January 2019
Landscape entanglements: Exploring Johannesburg and a family archive is a sharing of process and practice generated through Cheesman’s MAFA. The work uses a family archive/set of records as a starting point to explore the city, landscape and the making process. The archive largely documents his family’s existence in South Africa and Johannesburg.
